1934 Riley Ulster Imp Enters Festival

As we continue to secure some amazing entries for the SA Historic GP we thought we'd keep you up to date.

This 1934 Riley Ulster Imp would have won the 1937 SA GP in East London outright, thanks to the Handicap race system. The Riley suffered a broken crankshaft just meters before it crossed the finish line, allowing the ERA R4A to sweep past and win just ahead of the Riley claiming second place.

This stunning car’s UK owner is a huge supporter of our event and can’t wait to be back in SA with the car this coming November / December.
